What next?

A simple four step process

Step 1

10 minute video or phone call

  • Go through the various models that will best suit your context
  • Share some finer details that can improve efficiency when you are consulting or organising
  • Confirm funding you will be entitled to and how you will receive it

We’ll do ‘the heavy lifting’

  • We will book your course facilitator
  • We will add your course details to the national NCCE system that will trigger your payments
  • We will add your course to our website and either keep it hidden if you are keeping it closed to your own staff, or we’ll open it up more broadly for others to benefit

Step 3

You then arrange for your staff to book themselves onto the course

  • Once the course goes live on the website, you can invite your staff to book themselves on, or you can do this centrally through an administrator
  • Complete the BACS form to ensure your school gets paid

Step 4

Complete the courses

  • Once your staff have completed the courses, the system will automatically trigger payment to your nominated bank account (this can take 6 to 8 weeks following completion)
  • Automatically receive any accreditation certificates due
  • Any issues with course completion can be ironed out with the help of the Computing Hub Ambassador who’s role is to help you to get through the courses and the test
